Digital Signage with Google Slides

We use Chrome Sign Builder ourselves & connect each device to a specific Google Slides. For hardware, our signage boards are just the cheap (~$82) Chomebit devices attached to whatever screen is required for the viewing area.

On any company that has g-suite already it is super easy to accomplish, albeit a tad clunky

1. Grab a Chromebit for under $100, or a Chromebox for a tad more. Now, get a kiosk license. Once applied, the Chromebit is managed through the Google Admin Console
2. Create a Google Slides (presentation file)
3. Point the chromebit to the slideshow and set it to run continuously.
4. Now give your marketing folks access to manage the slideshow and life is good. You are now hands off.
